ITEM:  Boy Scout & Cub Scout Leader Roundtable Has been Cancelled due to Inclement Weather" and O-A Chapter Meeting and Elections are still being held on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 7:00 to 9:00 PM at 4200 Lou Mar Lane, Orion MI 48359. Hope to see you there!

Our June roundtable for leaders is cancelled (OA Meeting will still be held). Please click here for a copy of the brochure with map. The cost is $2 per person plus a dish to pass. Please email Mike Thomas by June 10 to reserve a spot. There is a swimming pool and hot tub for everyone to use, plus other games. We will be bringing expressos and program planning information for those leaders that were not able to make the May roundtable. Some special prizes will be given away as well.

There is now a new format for Roundable. The 6:00-7:00 pm pre-roundtable has been eliminated. Timeline is as follows: 6:45 pm is Gathering, 7:00 is Information Forum and 7:15 is District Topic of the Month, with Ajournment at 9:00 pm. Click here for the February 2009 Roundtable Fact Sheet. 

Roundtables are held on the second Thursday of each month (except none in July and held on the 2nd or 3rd Thursday in January and August).
